To all Fleaflicker members:

I've decided to sell Fleaflicker to AOL.

I will continue to operate the site. There will be some minor changes as we integrate with AOL Sports but otherwise everything will remain the same.

Fleaflicker has come a long way in just three and a half years. During that time I was possessed by a single (and often unhealthy) obsession—making the best fantasy football site. My decision to sell was made with this goal in mind.

AOL and I share the same vision for expanding the site. Integrating with AOL sports will improve Fleaflicker immeasurably. (For example, FanHouse blogs provide the most insightful sports commentary on the Internet; their content will ultimately be integrated into Fleaflicker.)

The bottom line is this: I made this decision because I am certain it will improve the game for all Fleaflicker users.

Feel free to post questions here or contact me directly.

It's a sad day.
I will not be returning.
AOL can kiss my grits.
I really enjoyed my time here.

Eh, I guess I'll have to push back my Rookie/FA draft again.

I'm a very patient person, but there are limits. I understand that it's not easy transferring the leagues, but it's now June 18th, and we haven't even been given a new ETA. It has supposedly been the #1 priority for two weeks.

I don't know, I haven't been able to access my league since late April, and I have been given several ETAs that haven't been met.

I've always heard great things about Fleaflicker, but I can't shake the feeling that we're just being told what we want to hear., as if the main goal is to keep us quiet.

I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm ranting, but I'm just a frustrated commissioner. Now that our login information has been transferred, when can we honestly expect the leagues? When I reschedule my draft this time, I would like to have confidence in the date.

It will happen eventually. Ori is a good guy and I'm sure AOL isn't out there to screw anyone over. They must be having some sort of trouble with it. Ori has been unusually quiet about it so I'm led to believe that theres some sort of disagreement on something thats holding things up
