I think it would be a good idea to create another category for suspended players instead of flagging them as out, so a commissioner can make it so suspended players cannot be placed on IR. Just a thought, because our leagues do not want you to be able to put a suspended player on IR and this would help.

Agree my leagues are the same way & it is up to the commissioner & the members to police this.
