I am starting an 18 team league and want to do an email draft because I have poeple living around the world. Can people make their picks using there phone and accessing the website? Do they need anything special on their phone like flash?
Also, can I start a draft now?

I think you will have to commish pick for them on every selection. I had to do so last year on my Email draft for those not local.
