As far as pass defenses year to date goes, Cousins has an easier matchup (PHI) than does Romo (STL). And Cousins did well in his one game whereas Romo has done mediocre in both games. But Romo is historically a good QB so maybe this is the week he bounces back. Or maybe he's not going to bounce back at any point because his decline has begun. Thoughts?

Sounds like Dallas is going run heavy this week. I would play Cousins.
