if you are in a league with the following users get out asap, they are blatant cheaters, they collude on who and when to drop so they can grab each others players and make trades that are just plain down right sad. so atleast one of their teams is loaded. the users are theflyIV, and billw1942. so if they are in your league either one or both beware of problems with cheating going on
KWelsh18 is a Ginormous Cheater. Of course to cheat he had to be the commissioner. Examples of his cheating consist of, but not limited to: altering scores so he wins games (example - he lost a game by 24 points in week 10, then went in and changed it so he would win by 75 points). He booted players off of teams, so he could grab them and add them to his team to stock up on best players. I had to use alternate email accounts to pick up abandoned teams so I could boot him and take over as the new commissioner. Stay way from KWelsh18!!!!!

He was kicked out of fleaflicker for threatening me and my kids over a fantasy football dispute. He then continued to send vulgar e-mails to my personal e-mail account. He is the type of scum to avoid at all costs. His previous account name was "Quix" and user name Tom.
He continually conducts himself in a manner that is well outside of the TOS.
The Flea community is pretty good about policing itself, the very members Jackedup calls out, are members of good standing and above reproach. Their activities approach no where near colluding.
Sometimes we need the Fleagods to step in and correct the problem permanently, which I hope will be the case here.

If you have no proof you should just report your suspicions to someone at Fleaflicker, not red label people you really don't know for sure about. Maybe you should just start private leagues and play on your own, of course, maybe you don't have any friends because you threw them all under the bus on your pure speculation and assumption.
People should not be placed here unless they have been caught and proven. This thread is not for your personal grudges and suspicions. The intent was for bonafide, proven cheaters for folks to avoid.

The proven or admitted below are all admitted now, so they deserve to be on here. The jury is still out on the others, except cp3fan, who I no evidence against.
PhillyPhan55 and DADADG is the same guy in like 10 football, baseball, and basketball leagues together. He changed DADADG to PhillyPhan56 after I told him I'd kick him out of the MLB league, and he admitted to having 2 accounts. He said he wouldn't do any harm, should I kick him out?? I vote YES.
