Roster Size: 24 active players + 4 taxi squad slots
IR: 5 slots (only for players listed as "Out", IR, or PUP)
Taxi Squad: 4 rookies. Frozen after Week 1

III. DRAFTS
Startup Draft (snake format): Randomized order. Slow draft with 8-hour pick timer. Timer pauses from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM Puerto Rico time
Startup Draft (auction format): May be considered if approved by league vote. Will also be conducted in slow draft format with 8-hour pick window and same overnight pause
Rookie Drafts: 3 to 5 rounds. Linear reverse order based on prior season standings (worst to best in each round). Slow draft with the same overnight pause. Annual rookie draft begins shortly after rookies are updated on the platform
IV. TRADES & VETOES
Trades: Allowed for most of the year. No trades allowed from the kickoff of Week 12 through the end of the fantasy season (Week 17). Trades reopen once the season concludes
Pick Trading: Draft picks can be traded up to 3 years into the future
Veto Power: Only the commissioner may veto a trade, and only in cases of:
Collusion
Sabotage
Inactive or abandoned teams
The commissioner must consult with two neutral managers before vetoing. If a trade is reversed, a clear explanation will be provided
V. ANTI-TANKING POLICY
Lineups: You must submit valid lineups. No empty slots or benching healthy players without a valid reason
Monitoring: Fleaflicker projections will be used to detect suspicious lineups. Bottom-tier teams are also encouraged to monitor and report tanking behavior — only the tanker benefits from it
Consequences:
First offense: Warning
Second offense: Forfeit 3rd round pick
Third offense: Forfeit 2nd round pick
Fourth offense: Forfeit 1st round pick or removal from the league
Reasonable exceptions will be granted for last-minute injuries or chaotic situations
VI. COMMISSIONER & CONDUCT
Commissioner Role: Manage the league, protect game integrity, and ensure fairness
Inactivity: Inactive managers will be replaced. Ghost teams are not tolerated
Rule Changes: Only during the offseason and by majority vote, unless an urgent situation arises
Final Authority: Anything not explicitly stated here is up to the commissioner's discretion
