This is a full dynasty with the following yearly rookie draft rules.
Prior to the draft the top five teams will be able to mark three players as keepers and teams six through ten will be able to mark four. These players are untouchable.
The bottom ten teams will have the option to take their first round rookie pick or force a trade with their counterpart. The team with pick one trades with the champ, 1-20, 2-19, 3-18 and so on. Any Player other than the keepers.
Startup will be one large draft with rooks included.
