Assuming you mean Eli....I'd go with Flacco.....Baltimore i dont' think will run the ball as much as jacobson will this week against Tampa and If McGahee is in and not running he may get a sweet short pass that will rack up yards against cleveland's d.....Eli has a great arm but i don't think it will be put to use as much as flaccos.
