I think you should try to get more for Jones. Jennings is not performing up to his potential this year and Julius Jones is not worth starting in a 10 team league. You do need another WR (or two if Smith doesn't keep up his production). I would shop around a little more though. Remember, you will have to cut a player to make room for the second player so it really isn't a 2 for 1 deal. Besides, can you think of a time where you would start Julius ahead of CJ, LT or even Mendenhall? Probably not.
I do, however, think now is the best time of all to try and trade Thomas Jones if you can. He is near the top in FF points right now, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a decent dip in production. You should be able to get a top flight WR (although it will be slightly tougher in a 10 person league since they usually tend to have a little more depth). You could always package TJ and Palmer together for a top WR and a mid-level QB.

I play in a 10 team league that uses a basic scoring system and also includes 1 point per reception.
We start: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 PK, and 1 DEF/ST
My roster is:
QB: Tom Brady, Carson Palmer, David Garrard
RB: Chris Johnson, LaDainian Tomlinson, Rashard Mendenhall, Thomas Jones
WR: Marques Colston, Steve Smith (NYG), Santana Moss, Donnie Avery
TE: Heath MIller, Greg Olsen
PK: Mason Crosby
DEF/ST: Arizona Cardinals
I have been offered Greg Jennings and Julius Jones for Thomas Jones. Would you make the trade?
