Each is obviously at their best in a PPR situation and I'm assuming that your league rewards points in that manner. Moreno would be my choice of the three based almost entirely on age and situation. He has no significant competition for carries and will probably catch more passes than either of the other two. Thomas will generally have a solid end of the year stats, but I worry about his week to week consistency (always tied to the health of Reggie Bush). He's also the oldest of the three. Regarding Charles, how does Dexter McCluster affect him? With the relative weakness of the passing game in KC, my gut tells me that McCluster will stick as a wide receiver who occasionally steals a few carries. Doesn't hurt Charles tremendously, but there are certainly question marks about his staying power that 4-5 good weeks to end the '09 season don't answer for me with certainty. I pick Moreno which probably makes Charles my number one draft choice target.

Solid advice, unless he can upgrade over charles in draft position. Might even be able to snake a second 1st rounder with him and grab 2 studs.
Don't forget the T Jones factor either.
