Owners taking more that 24 hours to draft, will be replaced. Draft pick will be made by the commish for delinquent owners.
Owners selecting ineligible players during the current rookie year, will receive the last available rookie. (example 30th selection from the second round). As long as the next pick has not been taken and its still within the 24 hour limit, the owner can correct their mistake.
Only drafted rookies (from the NBA 2 round draft are eligible).
No un-drafted players are allowed.
Year 3 (2022/2023).
Draft 6 (Maximum) from the CURRENT YEARS NBA DRAFTED ROOKIES ONLY.
Roster expands by 5 in year 3. The bench expands not active players. One active slot (ANY) is added year 3.
After the season and before the draft, you may drop up to 1 player from your current roster, (this gets you to the maximum of 6 selections.)

The challenges Covid has made to setting line ups makes it MORE important that line ups are set daily. Obscure players are getting PT and putting up numbers.
Owners not setting line ups are tanking. Good teams loose when owners are not active, and bad teams win. Ive see healthy star players on the bench. This effects the season standings the playoffs, waver wire and the draft.
This is a daily line up league, so lets play it that way. Or set your league in advance. Join a weekly line up league if you don't have the time.
