Conventional wisdom says wait until the season flips in February and then drop before the 2026 draft. That's safe. User Bigbaldbastard discovered a while back that if your league is a private league, then it doesn't matter when you dropout. He dropped a bunch of leagues before the season flipped with no red flag. I have found this to be true. I just dumped 4 private leagues with no problem. I think the red flag comes from behavior in PUBLIC leagues only.

When is the best time to leave a league you're unhappy with so it doesn't drop rating or give you a red flag? Thanks for any info.
