You can now configure two-week championships for your league's playoffs. Go to League » Settings » Edit Playoff Schedule and select the two-week championship option.
Looks like it is only for NFL right now. Hopefully you give the option for NHL leagues and it would be nice to have all playoff matchups to have the option of being 2 weeks or even 3.
It sounds straight forward to me, but I ask so I can confidently answer the question about the playoffs to my league mates. this ONLY applies the final round of the playoffs, correct?
