In your league, your enforce roster minimums are on, so in a trade you must respect minimum and maximum roster rules.
This team fleaflicker.com was being left with no QBs trading away Kaepernick, so it was correctly invalidated.

Not sure which trade you're talking about. This is the only invalidated trade I see in your league.
