if the commish sets up no tie breakers as in my comments below take on additional step and change the score;

I changed both teams scores by 1pt after changing the tie breaker to no which effectively checks your settings and created a tie in the standings

then I bumped both of the scores back to the original tie number so that no points would be gained/lost
