We have a deep Dynasty League that I play in that offers a taxi squad for rookies. I drafted Dante Miller and Louis Rees-Zammit with the intention of putting them on the taxi squad. They need the Rookie "Cap" designation to do this though and they don't. Can we get that changed. Both are clearly Rookies.

There is also the case of J.Wood from Washington, the app is not recognizing him as rookie so I can't put him on the taxi squad
