You could do it on the league's message board pre-draft (listing the order in the original message and having teams reply with their pick) and then after the NFL draft/rookie free agency, the Commissioner could Commish-pick all the players. Drafting 60 offensive players before the draft seems bold. You better be a Boss Ass Commissioner!
do it on the message board and make a google doc. We used to do it that way in an old NFL league. Give your owners open permission to edit and they can draft right on the doc as well.

Hi.
Our dynasty league wants to run our rookie draft before the actual NFL draft.
From what I've read rookies only get added to the site after the NFL draft finishes.
Does anyone have any idea how to facilitate doing it before on the site? Or will it have to be done offline then added after?
