We started a dynasty league this year. Do free agent transactions lock for the offseason once the week 17 games start? If so, when do they unlock and if we choose, how would we lock them until our free agent/rookie draft in August?
You can unlock them before your draft if you wish, but must wait until 2013 starts early in March to do so. Go to Commish Options->Edit Rosters->These are the complete rosters before the draft to unlock and then go back there to set a draft when ready by clicking the last option (to draft anyway).
