I've read a good bit on how different leagues handle their keeper picks and how that affects draft picks for keeper teams. For any of you that run a keeper league now, just curious on how you determine which round to lose those picks? Value of last year's performance or where keeper player originally drafted or something else? Thanks!

My league loses draft picks from the back of the draft, and then allows keepers and picks to be traded the entire off season for whatever costs the players involved feel is fair. For example, I drafted Le'veon Bell late last year, made him a keeper, lost a draft pick off the end of this years draft, but traded him for a first round pick this year. Now I have two first round picks.
