When do players become DL eligible?

FleaflickerT Admin Fri 4/1/16 1:23 PM

Hello!

Players are available for the DL anytime that they are at an injury level that qualifies them to be added. For example, if your commish has "7d DL" set as the maximum injury level in the league settings, these are the designations that would qualify: 7d DL, 15d DL, 60d DL, Suspended, Season.

If you hover over the injury designation (OUT for example) on your team page, it will tell you if the player is IR eligible or not.

If you aren't sure why a player isn't eligible for the IR, go to your league's Rules page and hover over the "IR" in the Rosters section to get explicit details around what the commish has set. You can follow up with the commish if you feel the level needs adjusting.

Hope this helps!

There are players on official MLB DL's now that are not on the DL according to Fleaflicker... when does that get updated?

KC playing tonight and Greg Holland still listed as DTD and not 60 day DL...What gives?

Prime asked my question in a better way than I did.

When will Aroldis Chapman go from "OUT" to "SUSPENDED"??

FleaflickerT Admin Mon 4/4/16 11:44 PM

Greg Holland has been updated to "Out" and is not currently on a team (reference KC's 40-man roster).

I will follow up on Aroldis Chapman. If there are other players you have found have the wrong injury designation, please let us know -- we will look into those as well. We have a partner that provides the injury designations and they are quick to investigate.
