I used to get that message, but noticed it was for short, one sentence replies. So now I do two sentences minimum and I have had no more issues. I have no idea if this will help you or not, but you can give it a try

Do you know when the best time to get out of leagues without getting flagged?
Now. Once the season ends, no red flag exposure until after the draft.
