Is there a way to set a maximum number of keepers per position on each roster. For example, I want to set a rule where only a maximum of 3QBs can be held on a roster as keepers. Can this be done?

Your only league is a 10-team Superflex limited to 4 QB's. You want to have the option to stash QB's yet be able to draft viable ones.
Have you considered making trades?
Alternatively, the commissioner could manually adjust rosters before the draft.
