I would like to create a dynasty football league.the league would have a set positional limit and roster requirement to be met before week 1 of the regular season.Would hold a draft before the NFL draft with no positional requirements. Have trading for players and draft picks up to NFL rookie draft.then set each team as keepers.Hold another draft with five rounds and five added roster spots after the NFL rookie draft.then teams could continue trading until a week before regular season when they would have to meet roster requirements.This would be like a real NFL TEAM experience.Is it possible?
