So I'm guessing you have a player who is questionable "Q". While some leagues permit "Questionable" players to go on IR, most do not and neither of your leagues do. When a player is not eligible for IR, you will not see that option available in the drop down menu.

Others in my league have put players on IR but for some reason I can only put players on the bench or Taxi and not IR, thanks
