After we complete an e-mail draft, the draft board doesn't seem to be available. Is there a setting i need to use so we can see it in board style? All we get is a list of the picks made.

That's a flaw that has never been addressed. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do on your end. Not all drafts are affected.
It works for some of my leagues, but not one of them. I can't tell what the difference is
I had this happen last year with a live draft for the first time. Submitted a support ticket but never heard back.
