I'd like to run an automated auction waiver system (FAAB) that runs every Wednesday; after that auction, all other unowned players to be treated as free agents could could be immediately added by any owner at any time on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, prior to kickoff Sunday.
That's exactly how our waivers are set up to run in-season. Just set them for Wednesday, and it will run from 5-8 AM ET and then at 8 they are FCFS. You can read more about waivers here and let me know if it helps:
