I realize that during the regular season, that the FAs lock at kickoff of the first game of the week, but wasn't sure how it works during the pre-season.

You can't control those times unfortunately, so the FCFS starts right after 8AM ET. For more info on waivers, please check out our help documentation: fleaflicker.com
During the preseason it actually won't. Sorry if we got our signals crossed. During the regular season it is FCFS, FAAB throughout the preseason running weekly.
To follow up, something is not occurring correctly. An owner went in last Thursday evening and had to bid on a player. That bid was processed on Saturday at 4:00 PM. On Sunday, it allowed owners to pick up based on First Come/First served.
I changed it for you. Your settings have to have Lock Free Agents During Preseason = Yes, and Waivers On like you do for it to process the way you asked for. You had the lock set to = No.

Waivers will run once a week unless a player is dropped and then it depends on your league's rules (24 hours, 48 hours, etc.).
In the preseason waivers will run once a week on your processing day the same way they do in the regular season.

Ok, I set it up so waivers run on Wednesday morning. I'm not worried about dropped players right now and understand the setting for them.
How long after waivers run on Wednesday mornings, is it FCFS? When does it stop being FCFS and go back to putting in bids for players via FAAB?

If there's a setting that controls this aspect, please let me know. I'm not seeing it or not familiar with it.

If FCFS starts at 8:00 AM on Wednesdays, when does it stop being FCFS and it goes back to putting it bids for FAAB?

Use a waiver system - Yes
Blind Bid Auction - Yes
Process on Wednesday
