So I am noticing that the draft order is set up so that the longer someone takes to join the league the higher they are in the draft. How do i make the draft order random?
That's not *exactly* how it works to initiate the first draft order. But do this: League>Settings>Edit Draft Order>Randomly generate a new draft order
Click OK at the bottom once. Just keep in mind you can only randomize it once after it initially sets (the only other way you can order is to do it manually).
