Is it possible to add 1 round to the draft making it 18 and adding 1 bench player of any type .

How can I increase the number of bench players?

Go to League » Settings » Edit Roster Requirements » Custom. Then increase the total number of players allowed on the roster (without changing any of the starting requirements). Look for the edit icon located on the "Total and Bench" line in order to make this change.
