I've moved my keeper league (we keep 3 players) over from NFL.com to here and I am looking for an option that will allow me to add a compensatory pick to the end of a round if a team chooses not to keep all 3 of their keepers. Is there a way to manually add an extra pick at the end of say round 2 in our league for this type of compensatory pick? I can see a delete pick option...but nothing for adding a pick.
Do you have a suggestion of how I could do this if there isn't a direct feature to allow me to do this?

We don't have a way for you to award extra picks (as the system will always want to fill the precise number of players needed to complete the roster), so what you'd have to do is go to League Settings > Edit Draft Order and choose the round-by-round option to customize each pick of the draft. It would take some manual work, but you could switch the owners for those specific picks where you are awarding extras and then just push everyone else out. So if you want to give one owner a pick at the end of the second round, you could actually give them the 3.1 pick and then move everyone over. They won't get this as a bonus pick per se (though it's worth noting that they will automatically get an extra pick by not setting that third keeper), but it will move one of their picks up.
I'll make a note of this scenario so that we can think about how we could make it easier for you to do this in the future! Please email me back if you have any follow-up questions.
I found a bit of a work around that didn't make me manually set my whole draft after the second round. What I did was I added another bench spot to our rosters to force and extra round in the draft. Then I deleted everyone's picks except those who have compensatory picks in the 3rd round (you offer a delete feature which is really quick and easy to use, maybe you can leverage that feature to include an add pick button too in the future). I selected to do a snake draft started after the second round in the options so I only manually had to edit the first and second rounds instead of rounds 3-13.
