I see that a commish can create all the teams in a league. Once that is done, can the teams be turned over to individual owners to manage from that point on?
Sure, just create the team and then head to the standings page. From there, you'll see an invite button and will just enter their e-mail and they can take over (ensure they have a Fleaflicker account first; it will take them under a minute to create).
