How come I can’t find Astros prospect Cam Smith?

Our data provider does not update a player's team until they're officially moved to the roster.
Curious which data provider you use that doesn’t update player teams after they’ve been traded.
Cam Smith was not only traded, but added the official 40-man roster for the Astros and is now on their opening day roster. What else needs to happen for it to be official?
