The person with the first pick in our draft this year was using the app on his phone and it showed him that he didn't have a pick in the first round. I was using Chrome and could see that he had the 1st pick. The app didn't allow him to pick when it was his time.
The same thing happened to another owner that was using the app so I asked them to try Chrome on their phone. The daft order was correct in the browser.

The app never worked correctly for our league last year but if try google it worked perfect

Did fifty drafts without an app issue. But not the first time I've heard of others having an issue.
