We don't have that option as a setting in our tournament experience currently, but we do offer a workaround that will allow you to manage your match-ups the way you want.
The way to do this is to turn our default tournament offering off via League > Settings > Edit Playoff Schedule and then manage your match-ups manually using the custom scheduling tool at League > Settings > Edit Regular Season Schedule. This can be done all the way through Week 17. Our tool allows you to adjust your custom match-ups at the end of the season, put teams not participating on bye weeks, and/or set up toilet bowl and other consolation match-ups if desired.
When the season finishes at the end of Week 17, you'll be able to declare your champion. And then next year when the new season starts, you will have the option to fully customize the draft order to reflect the outcome.
We do hope to add a two-week playoff option in the future so that you wouldn't have to run it manually. I'd be happy to keep you on our list to notify if we are able to add that option this season.

I am looking to add a 2 week championship, so like week 16 and 17 would be added together to determine the champion/3rd place/etc.
