Ryan Russell has reportedly signed with Leksand of the Swedish Elite League. Russell had 10 goals and six assists in 62 games with the AHL Springfield Falcons last season. He was originally taken with the 211st pick in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft and has gone on to play in 41 career NHL games.
