Bieksa failed to register a point for the 10th consecutive game in Wednesday's 4-2 loss to Vegas.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran defenseman last marked the scoresheet Oct. 20, as the dry spell sandwiches a four-game absence due to a hand injury. Additionally, Bieksa has been seeing fewer minutes of late with the Anaheim blue line at full health. As a result, there aren't many fantasy settings where he provides value.

Bieksa (hand) took to the ice for pregame warmups Friday, Eric Stephens of The Orange County Register reports. This strongly suggests that he'll play in the night game against the Predators.
EDGE Analysis
It appears as though Bieksa's ready to return from a four-game injury layoff. He's a solid source of PIM -- we're talking 29 minutes in the sin bin through seven games -- but Bieksa's two helpers represent his only points this season. Still, he may be a sneaky daily fantasy play if only because not many folks will realize that he's on the verge of returning to action.

Bieksa (hand) won't be available for Wednesday's home game against the Maple Leafs.
EDGE Analysis
The savvy rearguard remains on injured reserve with Friday's tilt against Nashville being his next shot at a return.

Bieksa (hand) remains day-to-day ahead of Wednesday's home contest against the Maple Leafs.
EDGE Analysis
While the physical defenseman is being labeled day-to-day after skating Wednesday, he technically remains on injured reserve, and Bieksa of course would need be need activated in order to play against the Leafs. If you're depending on him in fantasy pools, check back to see whether the Ducks reassign a blueliner to AHL San Diego as a clear hint that Bieksa's on the verge of returning to action.

Bieksa (hand) will be reevaluated Monday.
EDGE Analysis
The Ducks are now saying that Bieksa did in fact injure his hand during a fight with Flyers defenseman Radko Gudas on Tuesday, but apparently it was the result of him bracing for a fall rather than an ailment caused by actually punching Gudas. At any rate, the 36-year-old is on injured reserve and likely out until the beginning of November.

Bieksa (left hand) is now listed on injured reserve, per the NHL's official media site.
EDGE Analysis
Bieksa's prognosis will hurt fantasy owners in deeper leagues, as he's out indefinitely with his left hand injury. The IR transaction is retroactive to his last game played Tuesday, meaning he won't be eligible to return on Nov. 1 at the earliest.

Bieksa is dealing with a hand injury that will prevent him from playing in Thursday night's road game against the Panthers. He currently has no timeline for his return.
EDGE Analysis
The Ducks were quick to point out that the injury is to Bieksa's left hand and not the hand he used to spar with defenseman Radko Gudas during Tuesday's road match with the Flyers. Still, that's hardly a consolation for fantasy owners depending on the Canadian rearguard for his consistent two-way production. He's collected three assists, 29 PIM, 13 hits and nine blocked shots over seven games this season.

Bieksa collected an assist and nine PIM over 18:20 of ice time during Tuesday's 6-3 win over Philadelphia.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran blue liner is off to a respectable start to 2017-18 with three helpers, nine shots, 29 PIM, 13 hits and nine blocked shots through seven games. At this stage of his career, Bieksa isn't going to pile up offensive numbers, but he can still contribute in the peripheral categories enough to help in cavernous settings. Just note that the 36-year-old defenseman's fantasy upside is capped.

Bieksa (lower body) has been given the green light to play in Thursday's tilt against the Coyotes, Eric Stephens of The Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bieksa figures to slot into the Ducks third-pairing; however, this role will likely not last beyond the return of Hampus Lindholm (shoulder) and Sami Vatanen (shoulder) in early November. The 36-year-old Bieksa tallied three goals and 11 assists in 81 contests last season, but could struggle to repeat those numbers if he can't secure regular ice time.

Bieksa (lower body) skated Saturday, Curtis Zupke of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
The oft-injured defenseman departed Wednesday's practice early with this malady, but his returning to the ice so quickly bodes well for his availability come Opening Night, a home contest against the Coyotes on Thursday. Bieksa usually finishes in the mid-teens for the points column each season, but he's reached the 150-plus hits and 100-plus blocked shots plateaus in each of the last two seasons.
