Bieksa (upper body) will be available Sunday night for Game 3 against the Predators. Thomas Willis, Interactive Media Manager for the Preds, adds that Bieksa could be in the lineup if Josh Manson (upper body injury) proves unfit to play.
EDGE Analysis
Since Bieksa's return is dependent on the health of another player, he'll be too risky to count on in playoff settings. If both defensemen are held out, Shea Theodore and Korbinian Holzer could be called upon for work in Game 2.

Bieksa (upper body) did not go out for warmups and figures to sit Friday's game against the Predators, Orange County Register's Eric Stephens reports.
EDGE Analysis
Shea Theodore was in the pregame rushes and is set to make his playoff debut with Bieksa out. Make sure to get Bieksa out of any daily lineups Friday, if possible. Game 2 is Sunday, and he should be considered questionable for that contest.

Bieksa (upper body) is officially a game-time decision for Game 1 against the Predators.
EDGE Analysis
Bieksa was believed to be probable earlier in the week, but it appears the team will wait until pregame warmups to make the call on his status. Expect another update when that happens, with Shea Theodore and Korbinian Holzer likely at the ready should he be unavailable.

Bieksa (upper body) has been skating to prepare for Friday's Game 1 playoff match against the Predators. He's officially probable for that contest.
EDGE Analysis
Bieksa missed the last nine games of the regular season, but his probable tag, along with the fact that he's skating three days ahead of the Ducks' playoff opener, are both good indications that he'll be able to suit up Friday. He's anything but a regular offensive contributor, but Bieksa did average 1:29 of ice time on the man advantage this season. Of his 15 points, he had six markers on the power play. Bieksa is a sneaky option if your playoff pool tacks on points for defensive stats. The veteran laid 152 hits on opponents and also redirected 108 shots.

Bieksa (upper body) did not accompany his team as they traveled to Colorado for Saturday's game against the Avalanche, The Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Ducks have a make-up game against the Capitals scheduled for Sunday, and it's a foregone conclusion that Bieksa won't play in that contest either. It looks as though the veteran blueliner can shift his attention to the looming postseason, having produced four goals, 11 assists, and 99 PIM in 71 regular-season appearances.

Bieksa will not play in Tuesday's game against the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
Bieksa continues to deal with an upper body injury and will get the night off again Tuesday. He's reportedly been skating recently and seems to be nearing a return, so the defenseman's next opportunity to return will be Thursday versus the Kings. We should see his status updated prior to that game.

Bieksa (upper body) remains out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Stars.
EDGE Analysis
Bieksa's run of absences will extend through Sunday's game despite the fact that he's been skating recently. If nothing else, the blueliner's practice indicates that his return shouldn't be too far off. His next chance now comes Tuesday against the Jets, but the team should update his status again before then.

Bieksa (upper body) will not dress again for Friday's game against the Canucks, Jon Abbott of TSN 1040 reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bieksa's absence will be his fourth straight missed, but the Orange County Register's Eric Stephens reports that he skated with the team Friday. It seems a return may be around the corner, with his next chance coming Sunday against the Stars, but Josh Manson (undisclosed) will likely rejoin the lineup Friday with Hampus Lindholm (illness) set to miss the contest. Bieksa's impending return should also add even more depth to the defensive group.

Bieksa (upper body) won't play Wednesday against the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
Bieksa's day-to-day label indicates his upper-body injury likely isn't overly serious, but the 34-year-old blueliner remains without a definitive timetable for his return to game action. Expect an update on the 2001 fifth-round pick's status ahead of Friday's matchup with Vancouver.

Bieksa (upper body) will not play in Monday's game against the Oilers, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
While he only owns 15 points through 71 games this season, Bieksa does have a well-rounded fantasy portfolio including 99 penalty minutes, 109 shots on goal and just over 21 minutes of ice time on average. Despite that, his lack of offensive production keeps him out of the fantasy eye in the majority of leagues. The blueliner will now aim for a return Wednesday when the Ducks host Calgary.
