Jeff Frazee has signed with HC Valpellice of Italy's Elite A league. The club announced the move Friday. Frazee was said to attracting interest from Sweden in May, but he ended up in Italy. He spent the 2012-13 campaign in the minors with AHL Albany.

The Devils "have every intention" of re-signing minor league goalie Jeff Frazee. The unrestricted free agent received an offer to play in Sweden next year. In the AHL this season, he was 8-14-5 with a 2.58 goals-against average and .916 save percentage. The Devils have a few other goalie prospects in the organization, and general manager Lou Lamoriello is happy to let them "fight" out who players where.
