Carolina Hurricanes decline to extend qualifying offers to forwards AJ Jenks, Andreas Nodl and Luke Pither, defensemen Justin Krueger and Joe Sova and goaltender John Muse. The decision ensures all players will be unrestricted free agents when the market opens Friday, although Krueger has reportedly signed with Bern of the Swiss Elite League.
