TE Todd Heap (knee), RB/KR LaRod Stephens-Howling (hip) and DL Darnell Dockett (hamstring) are all officially listed as questionable for Week 5. Coach Ken Whisenhunt has said all three players will be game-time decisions. Heap has already missed two games, and isn't a recommended TE2 for Week 5.

The Arizona Republic's Kent Somers expects Cardinals TE Todd Heap (knee), RB La'Rod Stephens-Howling (hip), and DE/DT Darnell Dockett (hamstring) to all miss Week 4 against the Dolphins. While there may be no significant fantasy football impact here, this would be losing quite a bit of firepower on Arizona's side. Dockett is a dynamic interior pass rusher. Heap is Arizona's best tight end. Stephens-Howling is a big-time kick returner and oft-used change-of-pace runner. Expect Ryan Williams to handle a heavy workload against Miami, possibly operating as an every-down back.

Todd Heap (knee) was held out of practice again on Thursday. Heap will be limited even if he does manage to suit up this week. Rob Housler saw just two targets while Heap was out last week. Avoid the Arizona tight ends altogether against the Dolphins on Sunday.
