Per coach Matt LaFleur, Cobb (ankle) is considered day-to-day and could come off injured reserve before Thursday's game against the Titans, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Cobb was given a 2-to-6-week return timeline prior to being placed on injured reserve Oct. 22. If his recovery fell on the shorter end of that projection, then Cobb should indeed be healthy enough to suit up Thursday, though the team would first have to designate him to return from IR.

Cobb (ankle) has officially been placed on the Packers' injured reserve.
EDGE Analysis
No surprise here, as Cobb was expected to be sidelined for 2-to-6 weeks with an ankle injury. He will be eligible to return in four weeks. Sammy Watkins (hamstring) is returning from injured reserve and is expected to see a healthy workload alongside Allen Lazard and Romeo Doubs.

Cobb (ankle) said Friday that he expects to miss 2-to-6 weeks, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Cobb said it's the same injury he suffered in late 2016, noting that he scored three TDs in a playoff game against the Giants his first week back. Six years later, his reduced role in the Green Bay offense makes that sort of performance highly unlikely, though Cobb did see 13 targets Week 5 (against the Giants, coincidentally) after getting four or fewer in each of his first four games. He'll now miss multiple games, starting with a Week 7 contest in Washington. With Christian Watson (hamstring) also out and Sammy Watkins (hamstring, PUP list) uncertain, the Packers may turn to Amari Rodgers as their No. 3 receiver.

Cobb was diagnosed with a right ankle sprain after exiting Sunday's loss to the Jets and is expected to miss 2-4 weeks, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though Cobb will end up missing time due to the ankle issue, the veteran wideout at least avoided a longer-term setback after he was carted off the field Sunday. Operating without Cobb for the foreseeable future could prove significant for Green Bay's struggling offense, which has Sammy Watkins (hamstring) on injured reserve and Christian Watson (hamstring) also working to get healthy. Juwann Winfree and Amari Rodgers become candidates for increased snaps behind Allen Lazard and Romeo Doubs.

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said Monday that Cobb (ankle) is going to be out a while but added the veteran wideout avoided a serious injury, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
The extent of the situation remains unclear, but Silverstein suggests that Cobb likely will join fellow wideout Sammy Watkins on IR. Rookie second-round pick Christian Watson (hamstring) also continues to deal with injury, leaving Allen Lazard, Romeo Doubs, Juwann Winfree and Amari Rodgers as Aaron Rodgers' top wideouts.

Cobb likely suffered a high-ankle sprain during Sunday's 27-10 loss to the Jets, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Cobb departed the contest early in the third quarter, needing assistance from team trainers to reach the sideline and a cart to go to the locker room. He was unable to return, finishing with a season-low one target, which he turned into an eight-yard catch. A subsequent X-ray didn't reveal a fracture, but an MRI now has been ordered up to determine the severity of the injury. If Cobb indeed has a high-ankle sprain, he'll be poised for a multi-week absence.

Cobb left Sunday's game against the Jets due to an ankle injury.
EDGE Analysis
On the same play on which an Aaron Jones run was blown up early in the third quarter, Cobb needed assistance to get off the field. After going in the medical tent, he then was carted to the locker room. Officially questionable to return, Cobb will end Week 6 with one reception (on one target) for eight yards if he remains sidelined.

Cobb recorded seven receptions on 13 targets for 99 yards in Sunday's 27-22 loss to the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Cobb led the team in targets, receptions and yards by a sizeable margin. His performance was highlighted by a few big gains of 35 and 20 yards, but he was also regularly a checkdown option for Aaron Rodgers. Cobb entered the game having failed to record more than three receptions in a game, so this performance appears to be an outlier.

Cobb was targeted four times and caught three passes for 42 yards in Sunday's 27-24 overtime victory over the Patriots.
EDGE Analysis
Cobb finished a distant third among Packers receivers with 25 snaps, but he made a couple plays in key spots and recorded a reception of at least 20 yards for the third straight week. Barring an injury to Allen Lazard or Romeo Doubs, Cobb's role is unlikely to change much, but given his connection with quarterback Aaron Rodgers he's going to continue spending a fair amount of time on the field.

Cobb caught both his targets for 57 yards in Sunday's victory over the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran slot receiver made a couple plays -- including turning a short pass into a 40-yard gain -- in the first half of Sunday's contest, but like the rest of the Packers' offense he was held in check after halftime. Cobb dealt with an illness during the week and played just 25 snaps, which placed him a distant third behind fellow wideouts Allen Lazard and Romeo Doubs. A full week of practice could allow Cobb to get more involved, but at least for fantasy purposes, he heads into Week 4 behind both players in the pecking order.
