Steelers Begin the Post-Antonio Brown Era rotoballer.com Wed 3/13/19 9:00 AM

Its difficult to envision the Pittsburgh passing game being quite as prolific for fantasy purposes without Antonio Brown. Yet the Steelers have successfully moved on from top receivers before. Change is nothing new to them during the Ben Roethlisberger era.As noted by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Plaxico Burress left after Roethlisbergers rookie campaign in 2004, and a run-heavy Steelers team went from 28th to 24th in passing yardage per game and won the Super Bowl. Santonio Holmes was traded af[...]

Mike Wallace, Shelton Gibson Questionable rotoballer.com Fri 1/11/19 4:02 PM

Philadelphia Eagles wide receivers Mike Wallace (ankle) and Shelton Gibson (hamstring) are both questionable against the Saints on Sunday for the divisional round. Wallace was limited in practice all week, while Gibson was added to the injury report on Friday. Wallace fractured his leg in [...]

Mike Wallace Remains Day-To-Day rotoballer.com Mon 1/7/19 2:28 PM

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson said wide receiver Mike Wallace (leg) remains day-to-day. Wallace was activated off Injured Reserve after breaking his leg early in the season. He was limited in practices last week but was inactive in the wild-card win over the Bears. Even if Wallace is active in the divisional round against the Saints, he'd be the No. 4 or 5 receiver, at best. It's highly unlikely that the veteran deep threat will be of use in DFS in the postseason.

Carson Wentz, Mike Wallace Officially Out This Weekend rotoballer.com Fri 1/4/19 4:06 PM

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz (back) and wide receiver Mike Wallace (ankle) have both been ruled out for the wild-card game against the Bears on Sunday. The Eagles are holding out hope that Wentz will be cleared at some point if the team advances, but it's looking like more of a long shot at this point. Nick Foles will continue to start in the meantime, but he's a weak fantasy play this weekend against a tough Bears defense on the road. Wallace hasn't played since [...]

Eagles Activate Mike Wallace rotoballer.com Wed 12/26/18 4:06 PM

The Philadelphia Eagles activated wide receiver Mike Wallace (leg) from Injured Reserve on Monday. He fractured his fibula against the Buccaneers on Sept. 16 and hasn't played since. The veteran deep threat had no catches on three targets in his two games with the Eagles this year but had a 1,000-yard season as recently as 2016 with Baltimore. However, he's unlikely to see many snaps if he plays in Week 17 against the Redskins, so fantasy owners shouldn't be looking his way at all.

Mike Wallace Returning To Practice rotoballer.com Mon 12/24/18 1:57 PM

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Mike Wallace (leg), who has been on Injured Reserve with a broken leg, will take part in individual drills in practice this week. Wallace hasn't played since Sept. 16 and didn't have a catch on three targets in his two games. It's a long shot that the Eagles will even make the playoffs, let alone have Wallace available to them in the playoffs. The 32-year-old is a deep threat that has lost a lot of his game-breaking speed.
