Browns waived DB Kevin Barnes, WR Mike Edwards, DL Paipai Falemalu, P Jake Schum, and DB Ricky Tunstall. Permitting just a 9.0 YPC and a 50% completion rate so far, Barnes is a better option than Buchanon at this point.
