Ingram (neck) is listed as inactive Sunday at San Francisco.
EDGE Analysis
After showing up as limited on Thursday's practice report due to a neck injury, Ingram didn't practice at all Friday, resulting in a questionable tag for Week 4. Now that he won't be available to the Cardinals offense Sunday, Ingram will hand off reserve RB duties to Emari Demercado and practice-squad call-up Corey Clement behind starter James Conner.

Ingram (neck) has drawn a questionable tag ahead of Sunday's game in San Francisco, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram popped up on the injury report as a limited participant Thursday. He subsequently missed Friday's practice, so he is not trending in the right direction. Still, final confirmation on his status is not likely to come until Sunday morning. Emari Demercado would be in line to back up James Conner in the backfield if Ingram is ultimately unable to suit up.

Ingram (neck) was limited in practice Thursday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram practiced fully Wednesday, so his addition to the Cardinals' injury report Thursday is noteworthy. On the plus side in terms of the team's Week 4 backfield composition, starter James Conner practiced fully Thursday after being limited Wednesday by a back issue.

Ingram turned five carries into 13 yards and gathered in his only target for eight yards during Sunday's 29-16 victory versus the Cowboys.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram earned his highest snap share (15 percent) in a game this season and also had his most-productive performance. Still, 21 yards from scrimmage isn't much to write home about, especially with James Conner dominating the Cardinals backfield through three contests to the tune of 74.3 percent of offensive plays and 58 touches for 292 total yards and two TDs. Ingram likely is locked into his current role without some sort of absence from Conner.

Ingram rushed two times for six yards in Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram was a nonfactor in the Cardinals' offense Sunday, as he played just 10 of Arizona's 65 offensive snaps in the contest. Fellow running back James Conner, however, played 47 snaps and handled 23 carries for 106 yards and a touchdown. Barring an injury to Conner, Ingram should remain far off the fantasy radar going forward. The 23-year-old will likely have a difficult time seeing much playing time when the Cardinals host the Cowboys in Week 3.

Ingram had five carries for minus-4 yards during Sunday's 20-16 defeat at Washington.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram's first four rushes all went for negative yardage, including three of them for minus-3 yards, so his final carry for six yards canceled out two of those losses. He also didn't get much run on offense (seven snaps), with James Conner easily pacing Cardinals running backs with 52 (of 62) plays and 19 touches for 70 yards from scrimmage. As a result, Ingram remains a fantasy non-entity without some sort of absence from Conner.

Ingram carried the ball four times for 20 yards in Saturday's 18-17 preseason win over the Vikings. He also recorded one reception for three yards.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram was the first back on the field with James Conner sitting out, and he played two offensive possessions. He ends the preseason with 11 carries for 48 yards and a touchdown and will enter the regular season as the second running back on the Arizona depth chart.

Ingram is the frontrunner for the No. 2 RB job after taking nine touches for 48 yards in Saturday's preseason loss to Kansas City, according to Tyler Drake of Arizona Sports.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram came back strong in the second week of the preseason after an abdominal injury kept him out for most of training camp and the first exhibition. It helps that the Cardinals don't have much else behind starter James Conner, otherwise relying on veteran special teamer Corey Clement, 2021 UDFA Ty'Son Williams and undrafted rookie Emari Demercado. Conner's injury history makes the RB2 role in Arizona all the more interesting, even after Ingram's rough rookie season with 31 touches for only 81 yards.

Ingram (abdomen) isn't expected to play in Friday's preseason game against the Broncos, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram has missed the majority of training camp to date as he tends to an abdominal injury. It's unclear if starter James Conner will join Ingram on the sideline, but if he does, the Cardinals' available running backs for the exhibition opener will be Corey Clement, Ty'Son Williams, Emari Demercado and Stevie Scott.

Head coach Jonathan Gannon said he hopes Ingram (abdomen) will be back at practice "pretty soon," Howard Balzer of GoPHNX.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram has been rehabbing on a side field to start training camp, but it sounds like his abdominal issue is minor. If available, Ingram figures to operate as the Cardinals' No. 1 running back during the preseason, as it's unlikely veteran James Conner sees many snaps until the regular season. Ingram is competing for the top backup spot with Corey Clement, Ty'Son Williams, Marlon Mack and Emari Demercado.
