Dansby (shin) followed up Wednesday's DNP with a full practice Thursday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Playing 68 of the Cardinals' 71 defensive snaps in Week 1, Dansby notched seven tackles (five solo), which is in line with his career mark of 6.7 tackles per game. His lack of practice Wednesday may have been more a veteran rest day than anything, a trend that may continue for the 35-year-old inside linebacker this season. Moving forward, he should continue to have plenty of opportunity for tackles in the middle of Arizona's defense.

Dansby played seven of 54 defensive snaps during Saturday's preseason victory against the Raiders, Mike Jurecki of Arizona Sports 98.7 FM reports.
EDGE Analysis
Held out of the Hall of Fame Game due to a knee issue, Dansby took over his expected spot in the starting lineup at inside linebacker Saturday. In order to preserve the veteran for the regular season, expect his snaps to be limited during the Cardinals' three exhibitions still on the docket.

Dansby didn't practice Tuesday due to a knee injury, Kent Somers of The Arizona Republic
EDGE Analysis
The DNP marks Dansby's second in as many days, but the move may just be precautionary in order to keep the 13-year veteran in top shape for the regular season. When paired with Deone Bucannon's (ankle) presence on the PUP list, the Cardinals are trotting out rookie Haason Reddick and Scooby Wright as the starting inside linebackers.

The Cardinals officially signed Dansby to a one-year contract Friday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Dansby will thus be making his third go-around with the Cardinals, after manning LB with the team from 2004 through 2009 and again in 2013. On this occasion, he's the leading candidate to man inside linebacker next to Deone Bucannon (ankle), as both Kevin Minter and Sio Moore have hit the open market. Dansby has been highly productive throughout his career, notching at least 100 tackles in seven of the last nine seasons, but his durability may be the most noteworthy aspect of the 35-year-old. Out of a possible 208 career contests, he's missed just 12 outings, including four total over the last six seasons.

Dansby has agreed to terms with the Cardinals, pending a physical, the Arizona Republic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 35-year-old Dansby is set for a third stint with the Cardinals, presumably on a one-year contract. He played for Arizona from 2004 to 2009 and then again in 2013, with his career also including stops in Miami, Cleveland and (most recently) Cincinnati. Dansby only started seven of his 16 games in his lone season with the Bengals, yet still managed to top 100 tackles (114) for a seventh time in the past nine years. He has 10 straight seasons with 93 or more tackles, and he's played at least 12 games in each of his 13 NFL campaigns. Dansby figures to replace free agent Kevin Minter as a starter at inside linebacker, giving the reliable veteran a shot to reach triple-digit tackles yet again.

Dansby tallied 10 tackles in Saturday's 12-10 loss to the Texans.
EDGE Analysis
Dansby has recorded at least 10 tackles in two of the last three weeks, and he's also reached double digits in stops five times on the season. Although he's been inconsistent this season, he now has 103 tackles on the year, and the 35-year-old continues to play at a high level, which has made him an upside IDP option.

Dansby registered 11 tackles Sunday against the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
Dansby just came off of a four-week stretch in which he recorded just 16 tackles with his strong Week 7 effort. However, this was the third time he had posted double-digit stops on the year, so his production wasn't a fluke. The veteran has had at least 103 tackles in each of his last six full seasons, so it's reasonable to assume that he's back on track after his recent struggles, making him a borderline weekly option in standard IDP leagues.

After recording double-digit tackles the first two games of the season, Dansby had just one tackle in Sunday's loss to the Broncos.
EDGE Analysis
Dansby's only silver lining was a fumble recovery, but for those that picked him up after his first two weeks came up short, and now Vontaze Burfict is returning from his suspension.

Dansby recorded 10 tackles Sunday against the Steelers.
EDGE Analysis
Since coming over from the division-rival Browns, Dansby has started his Bengals career be registering double-digit tackles in each of his first two games. Based on the small sample size, he looks to be a player to target in IDP leagues.

Dansby is on track to open the season as Cincinnati's starting SAM linebacker, the team's official website reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Vontaze Burfict suspended for four games and A.J. Hawk released Tuesday, the Bengals likely plan for Dansby and Vincent Rey to flank middle linebacker Rey Maualuga early in the season. 2015 third-round selection Paul Dawson should also be in the mix for snaps, but it's not out of the question that Dansby could earn a three-down role. The 34-year-old recently signed with Cincinnati on a one-year contract worth up to $2 million, with a $700,000 signing bonus, according to ESPN's Coley Harvey.
