The Bills have signed Conner, wgr550.com reports. Conner, who earns most of his keep as a blocker, bolsters the Bills' fullback depth, with his chances of making the team's final roster aided by his experience under coach Rex Ryan, while the duo were both employed by the Jets.

Conner signed a one-year contract with the Jets on Tuesday, Yahoo! Sports reports. Conner joins the Jets for a second term in wake of fellow fullback Tommy Bohanon currently nursing a collarbone injury. In 32 games for the Jets from 2010-11, Conner totaled 21 carries for 88 yards and two touchdowns.
