Morgan was released by the Ravens on Monday, ESPN's Adam Caplan reports.
EDGE Analysis
Known as a deep threat, Morgan didn't get a shot to use his speed in Baltimore, with the team preferring Chris Givens and Jeremy Butler behind top wideout Kamar Aiken. It isn't a great sign for Morgan's future that he was released by a team with minimal healthy talent at his position.

Morgan will sign with the Ravens, Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Morgan, a speedy receiver who was recently cut by the Saints, will provide the Ravens with a deep-play threat in the wake of Steve Smith's season-ending Achilles injury. In 21 career NFL games, Morgan has hauled in 14 receptions for 471 yards and three touchdowns. It's unclear how much playing time he'll receive right out of the gate, while from a fantasy standpoint Kamar Aiken remains the receiver to be owned in Baltimore.

Morgan re-signed with the Saints on Wednesday and, according to head coach Sean Payton, he will "have a role" in Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, reports Mike Triplett of ESPN.com.
EDGE Analysis
How much Morgan actually plays is up in the air, but based on Payton's comments, it appears that the speedy receiver could be used to spell top receiver Brandin Cooks. Morgan is certainly familiar with Drew Brees and the Saints' offense, so there should not be any acclimation period. However it remains a question whether he will see enough playing time to make a fantasy impact. Still, even with only limited snaps, Morgan has the sort of big-play capabilities that could make him useful in daily fantasy formats.

Morgan was cut by the Saints on Saturday, reports the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
EDGE Analysis
A source close to Joe Morgan said he was told Morgan could likely be back on the roster soon after the Saints work out the numbers. Still, even if Morgan does return to New Orleans, it appears that he would, at best, be fifth on the Saints' receiving depth chart, behind Marques Colston, Brandin Cooks, Brandon Coleman, and Willie Snead.

Morgan caught two passes on four targets for 27 yards in Thursday's preseason finale against the Packers, but both Mike Triplett of ESPN.com and Larry Holder of the New Orleans Times-Picayune expect Morgan to be cut this weekend.
EDGE Analysis
Morgan had a rough night in Green Bay, fumbling once (which he recovered) and dropping a pass that led to an interception. He has in a tight battle for a roster spot with veteran Josh Morgan, but it has been reported that the Saints are only expected to keep one of the Morgans. The Saints can look past one bad game if they like what Joe has done all summer, but if Thursday's exhibition was the tie-breaker, he's in trouble. Even if Morgan makes the roster, he is likely to be no better than fourth or fifth on the wide receiver depth chart, with Brandon Coleman expected to serve as the Saints' No. 3 wideout to start the year.

Morgan caught three passes on four targets for 17 yards in Sunday's preseason game against the Texans.
EDGE Analysis
Morgan got only a sprinkling of snaps in the first half, ceding playing time to Brandon Coleman, Willie Snead, and Josh Morgan. The Saints' depth chart remains unsettled, with the exception of starters Marques Colston and Brandin Cooks, but Sunday's snap distribution doesn't appear to favor Morgan's chances of making the final roster. Even if he makes the team, Morgan should probably be owned in only the deepest of leagues, as playing time might be difficult to come by in the Saints' crowded receiving corps.

Despite trading away both Jimmy Graham and Kenny Stills this offseason, the Saints did not take a wide receiver in the 2015 NFL Draft. Morgan is a leading candidate to be the Saints' fourth or fifth receiver, behind Marques Colston, Brandin Cooks, and Nick Toon, reports ESPN.com. Morgan re-signed with the Saints in April, which was a bit of a surprise since Morgan was released by the Saints last season - apparently for both on- and off-field issues. When asked about Morgan after the draft, however, head coach Sean Payton said that Morgan "deserved" an opportunity to come back to New Orleans after taking a "handful of steps" that led to his return. Regardless of the reasons for his return, Morgan will be in a tight battle for a roster spot, competing with two of last season's undrafted free agents that Payton has praised heavily this offseason, Seantavius Jones and Brandon Coleman. Still, Morgan may have an early leg up for playing time, as, unlike those two, who have never played an NFL snap, Morgan has provided some dynamic big-play moments in his brief career - something this New Orleans' offense was so desperately lacking last season.

Morgan re-signed with the Saints on Thursday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Morgan was released by the Saints in December midway through a poor 2014 campaign. However, the team tends to have an open-minded approach when it comes to the roster, and will give the wideout another shot with the club. It's unclear where he will fit in, but with Kenny Stills no longer on the roster, he could make a run at a spot out of camp.

Morgan was released by the Saints on Tuesday, NFL.com reports. Morgan has big-play ability with six career touches of 40 yards or longer, but he served a two-game suspension earlier this season and apparently missed a key assignment in Sunday's game, so the Saints decided to take him off the roster. There's a good chance he will get a fresh start elsewhere.

Morgan caught one pass on one target for 62 yards and also took one carry for 67 yards in Monday night's loss to the Ravens. Morgan was dynamic in the absence of Brandin Cooks (hand) and Robert Meachem (ankle), gaining 129 total yards on just two touches. While he was missing-in-action for most of the game, Morgan's explosive performance could open the door for more opportunities over the final few weeks, particularly given New Orleans' desperate need for playmakers to stretch the field. He's not going to be a reliable option until he sees more playing time, even in Week 13 against a porous Pittsburgh defense, but fantasy owners in deeper leagues should keep him on their radars.
