Cowboys waived/released LB Jabara Williams, WR Lance Lewis, DT Frank Kearse, OG Chris DeGeare, DE Tristan Okpalaugo and LB Quinton Spears. A 2011 seventh-rounder, Williams was out of the league the past two seasons. A fifth-round pick in 2010, DeGeare's career was wrecked by concussions. Lewis appeared in three games for the Redskins last season, but failed to catch a pass.
