Vernon Davis caught four passes for 30 yards in San Francisco's Week 10 tie with the Rams. It's better than the two total catches Davis notched in Weeks 7 and 8 before the 49ers' bye, but still hardly a boon for fantasy owners. It's hard to believe Davis will remain down much longer, but even if Alex Smith (concussion) is able to suit up in Week 11, it will be hard to recommend Davis as a TE1 against the Bears' ferocious defense. Davis has notched more than three catches only twice since Week 3.
