The Charlotte Observer's Joe Person believes DeAngelo Williams' skill set is ill suited to the Panthers' new power rushing attack. Person notes that the coaching staff has "already moved on" from Williams, using him primarily out of the Wildcat on his first-half snaps last week. Williams' speed off the edge was an advantage in the old zone-read scheme, but the Panthers prefer Jonathan Stewart's between-the-tackles ability in the traditional attack. Williams took a jab at the coaching decisions this week, which may serve to further alienate the staff.

Let's see - The guy has avg. 4.2 ypc when given the ball over 10x's a game - Stewart is @ 3.5ypc w/10+ per game. . . Vs Chi stewart 2.5ypc and DW 3ypc

When both of these guys are rollinn the Panther are a much better team and Cam benifits. . .

They should use them like they did in the 2 seasons they were fantasy relevant actual rb2s. Stewart would get 5 carries and 5 catches, deangelo- 15 carries and less goal line work and receptions.
